How it works
You can easily deploy the BlackBerry archiving service to end users via a web link or by pushing it to them through their BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Once the app is downloaded, the LiveOffice icon quickly appears on the device home screen. End users click on it to login to the app, using their existing LiveOffice Personal Archive credentials. They can then immediately begin conducting advanced searches of all messages and call log files stored in their individual archives. The app requires no additional hardware or software installations.
